Red Dead Redemption 2 ( release date, news, trailers and everything you need to know)

Red Dead Redemption 2

Developed by the creators of Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption, Red Dead Redemption 2 is an epic tale of life in America’s unforgiving heartland. The game’s vast and atmospheric world will also provide the foundation for a brand new online multiplayer experience.

Today, October 20, is a very big day. We're getting the very first trailer for Red Dead Redemption 2
It was just on Tuesday that Rockstar officially revealed its next game would be Red Dead Redemption 2, stunning everyone by just slapping a 2 on the end of Red Dead Redemptionrather than calling it Rebellion or Retribution or anything else beginning with "R".
And Red Dead Redemption 2 is coming a lot sooner than any of us expected.
Rockstar started everything with just a simple tweet too, as on Sunday.
However, Rockstar Games has now confirmed that Red Dead Redemption 2 is real and it's coming next year.

RED DEAD REDEMPTION 2 RELEASE DATE - WHEN IS IT COMING OUT?

The Red Dead Redemption 2 release date is set for sometime in the "Fall 2017", which means we're probably looking for launch around a year from now.
It's been nearly six years since the release of Red Dead Redemption, and although Rockstar was fairly busy working on a little game called GTA 5 in that time, it's certainly time for the developer to move back to Red Dead. We've got a rather large cowboy-shaped hole in our lives that needs filling ASAP.
Now Red Dead Redemption 2 is an official thing, we're now just waiting for the teaser tidbits for the game's story, which will start with the first trailer on Thursday, October 20.
What we've had so far though is an image of an alleged Red Dead Redemption 2 map was posted on NeoGAF and supposedly verified by TechRadar and showcased the entire area that you'll be able to explore in the game.
Red Dead Revolver told the story of Red Harlow, then in Redemption we followed the adventures of John Marston, classed as one of the best ever gaming protagonists.
As it's now officially called Red Dead Redemption 2 (gosh it feels nice to say that) it's looking very likely that it's going to be a prequel starring one of gaming's favourite heroes, John Marston.
